The Minster School has been awarded the ECO Green Flag with DISTINCTION!

Our ECO achievements:
We have now built 3 bug hotels, 2 hedgehog homes and 1 bat box in the school grounds.
Children in Y1 to Y6 have each made a bird feeder to take home, and we have put some up in the school grounds.
We have planted wildflowers in our new class planters.
We have set up a litter picking rota with KS2 classes to reduce litter and provide a safer habitat for all animals in our school grounds.
We put regular reminders in the newsletters about how to save energy.
