I’m very pleased to have the opportunity as a governor to ‘give something back’ to Minster Primary School.  Our youngest daughter attended Minster some 25 years ago; our grandson is currently in Year One, and is loving his time at school.  During my professional life, I taught children of every age from pre-school to GCSE, and for fourteen years I was a primary school Headteacher in Wiltshire. My background in education gives me the professional skills and knowledge to support the school community, continuing all the excellent work that goes on in the school and seeking ways to improve and enhance it further. We have three daughters, all adult, and seven grandchildren (two girls and five boys). My interests include walking with our two dogs, cycling and music.
